Abstract Todays continuous improvement and advancement in the injection molding process for plastics allow increasing reliability of parameter control, whereas fluctuations material properties still present a great challenge. To compensate these fluctuations, nozzle capillary rheometer is developed with aim to determine viscosity inline during series production applications.
